The candidate (10+2 biology) needs to fill up the college application form with required documents mentioned in the form.

Candidate will be informed about the date of interview/ admission on selection.
The following documents are to be brought at the time of admission with one set of photocopy duly attested by/yourself/a Gazetted Officer.
