What is the duration of the course ?
The duration of the course is of five and a half years (five year regular course and half one year compulsory rotatory internship).

The required qualification for applying to BNYS course is a pass in Plus Two, pre degree or any other equivalent course, with an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

COURSE STRUCTURE:
The duration of BNYS is five and a half years (five year regular course and a half one year compulsory rotatory internship) with a combination of appropriate number of theory and practical. The course is divided into five parts of one year each, which sums up the course as I, II, III, IV and V BNYS respectively. The subjects under each term are as follows.

Yes, all admitted candidates who seek hostel seat will be accommodated in the hostels. Admission in hostels is given on first come first serve basis.

What are the documents required while attending the counselling?
During counseling all the candidates are required to produce the original and two sets of photocopies of the all the documents and the photographs required.
Can I take back the original documents?
Request for the withdrawals of the original documents submitted can be made only for genuine reasons by executing a Bank Guarantee in the format prescribed by the Admission office or after completion of the course only.
Who can apply under management quota?
Foreign nationals or Non Resident Indians or Indian nationals who can not get through the respective state entrance tests can apply. They have to fulfill the required criteria set by the State Government, University and Councils respectively.
Is the students having any sports?
Yes, in the campus indoor and outdoor games are practiced.
